If any user not happy with our services and solutions. Then she/he has right to ask refund within14 days from the date of purchase by contacting us through email or call.
If it exceed more than 14 days from the date of purchase. We encourage you to contact “Update My Map” team to give you assistance for the same.
Refunds are only processed after receiving a refund/cancellation request via email from the registered email address which is present in our records.
After receiving a request for refunds one of our representative will speak to you and want to know the reason of dissatisfaction and we will try to resolve it, Still if you don’t want to proceed with our services then we will initiate your refund within 10 business days in same account from which we received payment.
